In the Hotel Hirschen the employees are key. Without our dynamic team our hotel would not function. We maintain a modern, cooperative management style with the credo that everyone can develop with us according to their suitability and inclination and develop their full potential. Werner and Elias Baumgartner work as managing directors of the house. Together they are running the family business in the 6th and 7th generation. Werner Baumgartner is a chef and has successfully completed his training as an opera singer. Elias Baumgartner completed a degree in hotel management and has national and international work experience as a chef as well as in F&B and hotel management. In 2017 he took over the shares from Cornelius Baumgartner, who has been running the restaurant together with Werner Baumgartner since 1986.
