Werner and Elias Baumgartner work as managing directors of the house. Together they are running the family business in the 6th and 7th generation. Werner Baumgartner is a chef and has successfully completed his training as an opera singer. Elias Baumgartner completed a degree in hotel management and has national and international work experience as a chef as well as in F&B and hotel management. In 2017 he took over the shares from Cornelius Baumgartner, who has been running the restaurant together with Werner Baumgartner since 1986.
